BP CEO Steps Down With A Million Dollar Pension and A New Job: As mentioned last week, BP CEO Tony Hayward is expected to resign on October 1 and leave the company’s board by theend of the year.  The British geologist has been on the receiving end of the American backlash over the largest oil spill in US history that occurred in the Gulf of Mexico on April 20.  However, Hayward will be walking away with an annual pension of almost $1 million.
