What a tough and terrible situation Kristaps Porzingis was put in being drafted by the New York Knicks. He entered into a franchise that has been mired in misery for years. The Knicks are a franchise that is basically the laughing stock of the rest of the NBA. They were picking from their highest position in the draft in years and they elected to take the single biggest question mark coming to the NBA.

So we finally come to the end of it all with the NBA Finals. Bestowed is a chance to be ensconced in NBA history as the best of the best in the 2014-2015 NBA season. Lebron James, now playing in his fifth straight finals appearance, returned to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the offseason after four years with the Miami Heat. He looks bring that ever-elusive championship home to Cleveland. But standing in his way is the token power house team of the west: the Golden State Warriors. This match up should prove to be one of the best NBA finals in years and here are three reasons why.

Things seem to have hit an all time low for the Los Angeles Clippers as they were a quarter or two away from playing in their first conference finals as a franchise. The feeling of losing a game six to the Rockets after being up by so much late in the game was bad. But then to go into Houston for the game seven and not even have a lead throughout the whole game makes it feel so much worse. They only managed to tie it on their first shot and then it was all downhill from there. They controlled their own fate and could not take get to that elusive conference final. So with that loss the Western Conference final match up is set. The Golden State Warriors take on the newly rejuvenated Houston Rockets.
