I’m the biggest Nets fan, you ask anyone they’ll tell you. I was there when they made the playoffs year after year, there when they had a 12 game winning streak for the season, when they lost all star players to contending teams, and I was here when they made history in Europe. I’m a New Jersey Nets fan, and as a fan I’m there through the good times and the bad, even the worst.
The New Jersey Nets came home from their successful trip overseas to extend their first 3-game winning streak since the 08-09 season. Without the franchise face, Deron Williams (on leave for the birth of son), the Nets stepped up to win 94-90 against the Golden State Warriors.
The New Jersey Nets swept the Toronto Raptors during their two game series in London, making history for playing the first NBA regular season game in Europe. The Nets also recieved their first division win for the season. The Nets took a commanding lead in the fourth quarter that gave them the dominating win during the first game of the series, the second game however was a completly different story.
The New Jersey Nets may have missed out on Carmelo Anthony but have quickly recovered by acquiring All-Star gaurd Deron Williams from the Utah Jazz.
