Derrick Rose To The Knicks
The New York Knicks were in desperate need for a point guard to lead their team next season and in a stunner have acquired former league MVP Derrick Rose.
New York traded center Robin Lopez, guard Jose Calderon and guard Jerian Grant to Chicago, which sent guard Justin Holiday, Rose and a 2017 second-round pick back to the Knicks. The beginning stages of the new Knicks has many fans and critics talking playoffs for the first time in years. I spoke with KIRS Correspondent Claude LaRoche for his thoughts on the trade and Knicks future.
