Fitness: 3 Home Workouts For A Sexy Abdomen (No Equipment Required)

We all want to look better and stick to our New Years resolutions but not all of us can make time to go to the gym. Luckily, there are so many exercises that can be performed anywhere and give you amazing results if you stick to them and follow a clean diet.

Sit ups: This exercise can be done anywhere where there’s a floor because you only need your body and the floor to do it. To perform: lie down on the floor, make sure your feet are together and your knees are bent. Place your hands behind your head and begin to lift your torso toward your knees. Keep your stomach tight as you perform each repetition. Aim for 8-10 repetitions, 3-4 times.

Leg raises: Our lowers abs are one of the hardest body parts to target and leg raises do wonders when it’s time to burn that stubborn fat that lies there. To perform: lie on your back flat, place your hands either on your sides or behind your head and keeping your legs straight begin by lifting both legs at a time until they make a 90 degree angle with the floor. Inhale as you bring your legs back down and exhale while you are raising your legs up again. Try doing 10 leg raises, 3 times.

Bicycles: No worries, you won’t be using a real bike to do this exercise. Instead, you will lie flat on your back and place your hands behind your head. Bend your knees and lift both legs until your knees are perpendicular to the floor and your legs parallel to the floor. To begin, lift your shoulders and part of your upper body from the floor and with your legs start cycling in a pedal motion. While you are doing this, bring your elbow to the opposite knee and make sure you are rotating your torso every time you alternate sides. Continue alternating sides until you have completed 8-10 repetitions per side.

Consult your doctor before performing any of these exercises.
